A Note on Pricing & Process

on relationships, trust, and long-term support. Below is a high-level overview of how our fees are structured. Full details are always reviewed together before moving forward.

We believe in transparency and clarity, while keeping the focus where it belongs:

$350 Engagement Fee

Placement Fee based on contract length as follows 

2 - 4 Weeks $1497

5 - 8 Weeks $2197 

8 - 12 Weeks $2697

Min of 3 Days Per Week, 8-Hour Shifts 

Many of our newborn caregivers require full time with a 2-Month minimum commitment, but we can do our best to pair you with a part-time/shorter-term caregiver

If a family hires a long term nanny also, we can credit 25% of the newborn care fees towards the final placement fee.
